Systems Analyst

    We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to support the development of industry-leading software products. You will work within an international Scrum team and act as the key interface between Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and Business stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex business needs into structured system specifications.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven solutions

    • Analyze and optimize business processes and product functionalities

    • Elicit, structure, and validate business requirements

    • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and system models (UML/BPMN)

    • Define acceptance criteria and support QA processes

    • Conduct profitability and risk analysis based on KPIs and business metrics

  • Das bringst du mit

    • 5+ years of experience in commercial software projects

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Experience in requirements engineering and functional specification design

    • Experience working with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Architecture

    • Practical knowledge of BPMN and/or UML

    • Background in software development or IT solution design

    • Working knowledge of SQL

    • University degree in a technical field

    • Strong communication skills

    • Professional proficiency in English

    • German language skills

    • Experience in the insurance domain
      Experience working in Scrum environments

    • Familiarity with GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Slack, and Google Workspace
